In order to remove these transplants from the Fibula in a quick and safe manner the Hakim designed Fibula Raspatory is utilized. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The distal end of the instrument can be used as a <b>raspatory<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The surgeon can directly encompass the fibula at the site of osteotomy <b>without<\/b> the <b>need for additional tools<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The attached &#8220;wing&#8221; allows the <b>fibula muscle to be held away<\/b>, which is directly lateral to the osteotomy site. <b>This significantly improves<\/b> <b>the surgeon&#8217;s view<\/b> of the surgical site. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Because of its unique features the <b>&#8220;Fibula Raspatory&#8221;<\/b> <b>can<\/b> <b>replace <\/b><b>the assistant<\/b> during surgery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Allows a <b>quick and controlled exposure<\/b> of the Fibula.
