Mit der Firma Medicon habe ich ein entsprechendes Operationssieb zusammen- gestellt, das laufend erweitert und neuen Operationstechniken angepasst wird. Besonderer Wert wurde darauf gelegt, dass die Instrumente möglichst wenig traumatisierend sind, andererseits die Meißel aber so scharf sind, dass glatte Knochenschnittkanten problemlos erreicht und Trümmerfrakturen vermieden werden können. In cooperation with Medicon, I have created an instrument set designed specifically with corrective nasal surgery in mind. This instrument set is continously enlarged and adapted to new operating techniques. Particular attention was paid to ensuring that the instruments exercise the minimum possible traumatising effect but at the same time the chisels are sharp enough to easily ensure smooth cutting edges in the bone and eliminate comminuted fractures. En colaboración con la empresa Medicon he compuesto un set de instrumental adecuado, que se amplía y adapta continuamente a las nuevas técnicas. Se ha dado una importancia especial a que los instrumentos sean, por una parte, lo menos traumatizantes posible y, por la otra, a que los cinceles sean tan afilados que se puedan conseguir sin problemas bordes de corte lisos y se eviten fracturas conminutas. J’ai décidé de constituer une boîte d’opération avec la société Medicon, car les nouvelles techniques opératoires sont prises en considération lors de la constitution de ces boîtes. In collaborazione con la ditta Medicon ho realizzato un apposito set di strumenti, che viene ampliato e adattato continuamente alle nuove tecniche operative.
