The design of the front plate is very easy and user friendly. Safety for the patient is guaranteed by an integrated pressure control. Automatic self control All electronic and pneumatic components are function tested when starting the device. Exchangeable sterilization filter Impedes the backflow of liquids and contamination of the gas pipeline (single use filters). Pressure control The integrated software controls the gas pressure and impedes a dangerous pressure build-up when using laser and argon lights. Gas heating An additional heater heats the gas up to body temperature on its way to the patient. Gas flow rate Depending on the model the device may have a gas flow rate up to max. 30 litres/minute. Via the display it is possible to compare the preset gas flow rate with the actual gas flow rate . Night design Operating controls and symbols are clearly visible even in darkened operating rooms. Gas pressure Different colours of the display indicate if the gas bottle has sufficient pressure, a numerical display indicates how many litres are still in the bottle.
