Ihr Wunsch nach intensiver Weiterbildung auf hohem Niveau brachte diese Kurse auf den Weg. Ziel ist es, eine Plattform anzubieten, auf der ein wissenschaftlicher Austausch in kleinem Rahmen und auserwähltem Kreise zwischen Mentor und Teilnehmern stattfinden kann. Die Kurse sind eine Kombination von praxiserprobter Theorie und deren direkte Anwendung an ausgesuchten OP-Fällen. Die Teilnehmer haben die Möglichkeit unmittelbar am OP-Tisch im Austausch mit dem Mentor zu stehen. The initial idea for such courses was pronounced by maxillofacial surgeons of different medical institutions all over Europe. Their request for intensive high-grade training made these courses possible. The goal is to offer a platform where a scientific exchange within a small selected circle of participants and a mentor can be performed. The courses distinguish themselves by a combination of practically orientated theory and the direct application during selected surgical cases. Participants are given the possibility to assist at the operating table next to the mentor. An immediate exchange with the mentor is provided.
