It is used for mobilizing the bone after letdown procedure. The raspatory - sharpened on both sides of the blade – also helps to remove bone material without causing bone cracks and fissures (bad fractures). The removed bone material (bone dust) is well suitable to fill up imperfections at the nasal bridge. Anwendung: Das Cakir 90 Raspatorium unterstützt die einfache und kontrollierte laterale Osteotomie in der Rhinoplastik. Es dient zur Mobilisierung des Knochen bei Höckerreduzierung. Mit der beidseitig scharfen Klinge kann Knochenmaterial abgetragen werden, ohne ungewollte Risse (bad fractures) im Knochen zu verursachen. Das abgetragene Knochenmaterial (bone dust) eignet sich zum Auffüllen von Unregelmäßigkeiten am Nasenrücken.
