Efficient High-Tech kombiniert mit Flexibilität Der distrahierbare Wirbelkörperersatz “MediExpand®-TL” und dessen Systemkomponenten werden zur belastungsstabilen Rekonstruktion der natürlichen Höhe des oder der entfernten Wirbelkörper der Lenden- und Brustwirbelsäule bei Tumoren eingesetzt. Es muss zusammen mit einer dorsalen Stabili- sierung mittels “Pedikelschraubensystem” fixiert werden. Das System des distrahierbaren Wirbelkörperersatzes “MediExpand®-TL” und die Verschlussschraube, sowie sämtliches Zubehör dürfen nur von Chirurgen in Kliniken und Praxen angewendet und eingebaut werden, die eine ausreichende Erfahrung mit Wirbelsäulenoperationen (Neurochirurg, Orthopäde, Unfallchirurg etc.) und die eine entsprechende Einführung in das System bekommen haben. Die Implantate sind Einmalprodukte und dürfen nur in Verbindung mit den vorgegebenen Systemkomponenten verwendet werden. Das Implantat darf im ausgespreiztem Zustand (inklusive Verlängerung und gewinkelter Endplatte) eine Gesamthöhe von 100 mm nicht überschreiten! The implants are single-use products and may be used only together with the standard components. The implant must not exceed a total height of 100 mm when expanded (including extension and angled end plate).
