To compensate for irregularities during the shaping of the bridge of the nose, finely diced cartilage material is usually used. This is achieved with the help of the Dicing Block and a Dermatome Blade. The cartilage material is used as (extremely finely chopped pieces of cartilage), which can be freely placed as a kind of filling material if required.
