Generally thin diced cartilage material is utilized in order to even out irregularities during the shaping of the bridge of the nose. This is achieved with the help of the Dicing Block and a Dermatome Blade. The cartilage material is used as or free diced cartilage (extremely fine diced cartilage pieces), as a filler material that can be placed freely.
